We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from mootbrew.co.uk. This policy outlines how we handle refunds, returns, and cancellations in accordance with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing your order. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We may request that damaged or incorrect items be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
2. Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date. The item must be unused/unopened and in its original condition. Once the return has been received and deemed re-sellable we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs within 5-10 working days. Moot Brew Co ltd is not liable for any return postage costs. The customer is encouraged to ensure postage is adequately insured to cover any losses during transit as we accept no responsibility for the product until it has been delivered safely to us.
We cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or consumed.
3. Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mootbrew.co.uk.
We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead fall under our returns policy (see above).
5. Online Order Errors
If you notice an error in your shipping address or order details, please notify us immediately.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
6. Taproom Purchases
Refunds or exchanges for purchases made at our taproom are handled in person and are subject to the same standards outlined above. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
