We're incredibly excited by this release. We originally conceptualised the idea a few years ago but we never had the capacity to line up releasing 4 beers in one go, so it was continuously kicked down the road. 

But here we are now. We're proud to present; Patisserie. A unique presentation of 4 different beer styles, flavours inspired by French Macarons. 

 

Passionfruit Pastry DIPA // 8% 

Tart Passionfruit blends with tropical UK and US hops in this pastry style DIPA. Olicana, Vic Secret, Galaxy and Azacca bring a bitterness and hop vibrancy that punch up the passionfruit. A little Almond Extract tingles macaron vibes on the tongue.

Allergens: Malted Barley (Gluten), Passionfruit Puree, Malted Wheat (Gluten), Malted Oats (Gluten), Lactose, Hops, Yeast, Almond extract

 

Chocolate Banana Pastry Stout // 5.5% 

Bunches of banana chips went into this pastry stout to accentuate the banana character brought on by the Belgian wheat yeast used in fermentation. Rich cocoa and light coffee notes come from the complex malt base.

Blackcurrant Pastry Sour // 5.4%

Super tart blackcurrants are the star in this pastry sour. Like biting into a chewy macaron you get a light almond biscuit finish.

Salted Caramel Pastry ESB // 5.2% 

A slight saltiness tickles your tongue complimenting the nutty caramel notes in this ESB style pastry ale. A rich malt base with two types of crystal and a hunk of belgian dark candy sugar give the desired caramel hit!
